Experience

I majored in early childhood education at Georgia State University, and writing with honors. My goal as a teacher is to act as a positive male role model while I help students learn. As a tutor, I can work with students of any age and level of ability in a number of different topics, but my favorites are science, math, literature, and English. As an undergraduate, I had the opportunity to teach English as a second language in elementary schools. This give me experience with different learning styles and diverse backgrounds. I believe that to be successful, a tutor must form a connection with students and provide lessons that are interesting and fun. When I have free time, I enjoy comic books, playing video games, card games, reading, writing, drawing, volleyball, and swimming.
